Native MQ-Invoke Support

In many product demonstrations, APIC is being bridged with IBM MQ. Like in the following article: https://medium.com/@cminion/api-connect-mq-invoke-v2-c45104984935

Unfortunately, this is not natively supported by APIC although integrating with IBM MQ is a standard functionality of DataPower. Instead, to bridge API Connect with MQ you have to use custom gateway extensions. An example of such a custom gateway extension can be found on the following URL:
https://github.com/charlottehutchinson/APIConnect-Policy-MQInvoke

But apparently according to our IBM contacts the public articles found on the internet about MQ-invoke are not intended to be used directly as production materials, without further adaptations, developments, and tests. Besides, it doesn't evolve together with the product for each new version of APIC we are not sure that the gateway extension is still supported. For example, adaptations are required to the above MQ-invoke policy to use it in API Connect version 2018.

Via this RFE we would like to urge IBM to support the MQ-invoke policy natively in API Connect to have a smooth integration between both IBM products.
