Defining a consumer org name using OIDC

Via this RFE we would like to request support to define a consumer organization name when using an OIDC user registry.

To create a consumer organization in the API Manager you can choose between two options: "Create Organization" and "Invite organization owner". But both options don't completely work in combination with an OIDC user registry:
1) "Create Organization", This option cannot be used because entering a username that is known in the OIDC user registry but not in API Connect will throw an error that the username does not exist. Because APIC only validates the internal user registry database and not the users that exist in the OIDC user registry.
2) "Invite organization owner", This option can be used but in the latest version of APIC 2018(2018.4.1.12) you don't get the opportunity anymore to specify a consumer organization during the onboarding process using an OIDC user registry. Instead, the name of the person logging in is used as the name of the consumer organization. In an earlier version of APIC v2018 you got an option to specify your consumer organization during the onboarding process. But this option didn't work, because the consumer organization wasn't stored properly(see PMR: TS003970034). Probably due to this bug, this feature is removed but actually it could be very useful to specify the name of consumer organization during the onboarding process.
