Capability to hide selected user registry from API Manager logon page

Our project (IBM API Hub) provides a platform for API providers to create and publish their APIs. Currently our project is based on APIc v5 and we are migrating to APIc v10. When evaluating APIc v10, we realized an API Manager user could select different user registries when logging into API Manager. This offers great flexibility to manage members of provider organizations, e.g., pOrg owner comes from one user registry and other members come from another user registry. However, we would like some user registry is reserved for pOrg owners and hidden from other regular pOrg members. To achieve that, we need the capability to designate which API Manager user registries should be displayed/hidden on the logon page.
