Losing subscriptions while publishing APIs in APIC

APIC RI provides us an ability to publish the APIs directly, however when we use that feature we are loosing the subscriptions.

Please enhance the product and provide a publish option without loosing the subscriptions.

The APIc UI allows several actions:

    - Publish Product
    - Publish Product (and retain existing subscriptions) - AFAIK - new in v10
    - Publish API (with some gathering of the target catalog/product to use in the action flow)

What is missing is the compatible action: Publish API (and retain existing subscriptions).
Developers may only be focused on the APIs they own and not the product itself; they want to stay in context on their API and have the ability to get it updated in the Catalog for more testing, without loosing the ability to test (via lost subscriptions).

    That's my perspective/2-cents.
