Add Odata suppoort to message broker. (OData node for example)

We need the broker to provide full Odata implemetation, which could be done by the addition of an OData node. Right now we only have the capability to offer OData protocol through RESTfull interaction using HTTP nodes. To have full OData service we need:
- The OData data model. It could as simple as providing Message Definition description through EDM.
- An OData service, which exposes an endpoint that allows access to data.

    RFE Review. Apologies for the length of time this RFE has been in the status of Under Consideration. We agree that a more formalised support for OData would bring future benefit to the product and we approve of this enhancement idea. The status of this RFE is updated to Uncommitted Candidate.
