Allow Exclusions from Build Paths for IIB Application BAR files

Allow users to configure standard exclusion paths when compiling IIB Applications into BAR files.

IIB Applications result in the entire contents of an Application project being sucked-up / compiled into the BAR file... literally any files that are recognised by IIB e.g. all *.xml files that are included with the Application Project are collected and placed within the BAR file.

RFE Review. RFE 63942 was closed as a duplicate of 70056 in June 2015, but a recent comment (Nov 2020) indicates that the initial raiser of 63942 feels it is unfair to couple these issues together. Reading the use cases presented on 70056, I agree that use case 1 implied searching for redundant resources in the Toolkit project prior to a BAR file being built ... but use case 2 does seem to be focussed on noticing when an unused artifact will be *deployed*. So, use case 2 of 70056 does appear very related because if we were to provide a BAR file build feature to display unused files this seems closely related to allowing removal of particular files from within an application when building it into a BAR. Given that the confusion lies with the two disparate use cases on 70056, and also given the recent active comment showing continued interest in 63942, we are re-opening 63942. This update will also be posted on 70056 which will be place in to Need More Info status pending feedback from the creator of 70056. 70056 will be reviewed again in 30 days time.

I don't understand the updates here at all.

As far as I can tell, the linked RFE has nothing to do with this RFE... This RFE requests the ability to exclude workspace resources from the build path, the other RFE requests the ability to detect redundant resources within a project

Also - the headline of this RFE has been updated with "This request is a duplicate of an internally tracked request that is not currently available on the site. Please contact us to migrate the request to the site."
...this is both in contradiction to the comment update (linking this RFE to another) and unhelpful - why make me contact you to make something you have available internally available on this site? The contact link you supplied requests that I select from a range of topics which aren't applicable, and finally a contact group - again, how would I know who should pick this up?

Due to processing by IBM, this request was reassigned to have the following updated attributes:
    Brand - WebSphere
    Product family - Integration
Product - IBM Integration Bus (WebSphere Message Broker) - IIB

For recording keeping, the previous attributes were:
    Brand - WebSphere
Product family - Connectivity and Integration
Product - IBM Integration Bus (WebSphere Message Broker) - IIB

Thanks for raising - this looks like a duplicate:

If this other RFE does not cover the use case, feel free to append information to 70056, or open a new RFE. Thanks!
