Ignore RFH2/mcd folder on MQInput node

On the MQInput node the mcd foldder in MQRFH2 header takes presecence over the parser settings on the node. It should be possible to ignore the mcd folder so the configured parser is always used (parser option ingnore mcd).

RFE Review. Thank you for taking the time to raise this RFE and apologies it has been in Submitted status for so long. Regarding the RFE and subsequent comments, it is possible to generate output messages from a flow which do not carry the mcd folder or have particular settings inside it ... however messages coming in to IIB/ACE may not originate from IIB/ACE, so it is a legitimate request for us, in some non-default circumstances, to be guided by the flow developer to ignore the mcd folder if they so wish. Given this, although we suspect this is not a widespread requirement we understand what is being requested and would be amenable in the future to add this as an option should it receive sufficient community demand. We will continue to monitor this request. Status of the RFE is updated to Uncommitted Candidate.

Thinking of it, it may be better just not to create the mcd folder automatically on the MQOutput node. In that way users can still opt to supply the mcd folder on a message if they want to control message parsing on the receiving MQInput node. Or have a checkbox on both the MQOutput (no mcd folder) and MQInput (ignore mcd folder) with default values as current behavior.
