Change Time Zone to CST in ACE Logs

We believe currently our ACE logs are written with UTC timestamp. When we initially setup ACE, we were told that IBM is working on a way to change this to local timestamp. We are in Central Time Zone and it is not easy to go through logs with UTC timestamp when troubleshooting issues. We have raised a case with IBM but they asked us to submit an RFE to recode the entire module .

    Idea Review. As part of our on-going policy of reviewing aged idea requests, we continue to monitor this request. We note that in some cases (such as the Admin Log) in the WebUI we now offer the option tp switch the view to Local Time based upon the browser but this is front-side code as opposed to what is persisted to file. The console.log uses local timezone entries but the logs in the work-dir/logs folder such as integration_server.TEST_SERVER.events.txt still report in UTC. Status is maintained as Future Consideration.

    RFE Review. Thank you for taking the time to raise this enhancement request and apologies it has been in Submitted status for a while. We agree that this suggestion would enhance the product and help with correlation between ACE log events and other things happening on the platform. Status of the RFE is updated to Uncommitted Candidate.
