CDK: Improve the version management in the CDK connectors

The process to create and manage the connector versions is quite complex. It over rights the existing connector, is not easy to define and manage and doesn't maintain a history.

We would like the capability to be able to create a new version of the connector using delta changes in the OpenAPI specs. Essentially, suppose an OpenAPI file was used to create the connector. In that case, we should be able to import an updated OpenAPI file and be able to choose and accept the changes, thereby creating a new version of the connector while retaining the history of the old connector.

Retaining and running multiple versions of connectors will help us deprecate the APIs gracefully, as there might be multiple consumers at different stages of adoption.

Thank you for for submitting this idea! I need to assess the technical requirements here to determine when this enhancement would be feasible as well as the priority... I'm moving this to 'Future Consideration' until I have clairty on a more specific date. Thank you!!
