AoC: Prohibit folder re-sharing

In "Files" application of AoC it is possible by a user to re-share a shared folder that was previously shared with him.

While this approach allows ease of collaboration around creative material it is not acceptable for enterprise customers, where strict access control is required.

Saying that, a customer who is using AoC for providing access to on-prem nodes that is sharing corporate content and have hundreds of shared folders with very concrete access lists cannot imagine that users will start redefine access rights and by that expose the content to unauthorized people.

Strict access control is a very basic requirement for every enterprise customer.

The idea is to allow a configuration on a workspace level (Admin-Workspace-Applications-Files) that will define who is allowed to re-share folders with other workspace members (all memebrs/managers/none).

Thanks for the information regarding this request. We understand the concern around folder re-sharing.

We will be discussing this issue internally with the product and development team. We will get back to you with our feedback and next steps in the coming week.

Other sharing platforms provide this capability to restrict sharing: the "view" capability is distinct from "invite":

So this could be a new property to the Files app and workspace:

    Applications > Files > Settings > Collaboration > Who can re-share folders

    with options:

    No one

    Workspace Managers Only

    All members (default)

Then, if a folder is shared with me, I can re-share it only if option 3, or if I am WS manager and option 2
