REST API JSON response unification

If you query for Object which has multiple childs, JSON response will contain a list, eg. [{}, {}, {}, ...]
But if same object has only one child, JSON response does not contain list but directly child, eg. {}

Feature should be, that if only one child is returned, it will be list with one child, so it would be easier for programmers to write automation scripts which iterates through childs, eg. [{}]

For example, you want to build a dashboard with load balancer status over all your environment. In lower environment (eg. DEV/SIT) you can have one member as backend server in Load Balancer group, while in PROD/UAT environment, you can have multiple members.
